Android Final Year Project

It is a project where SMS module, and GPS module need to be used. I have a few sets of geolocation data(not more than 10). I Would like to build sort of location tracker with sms feature. The task is needed to build a program to receive SMS text from everyone (Let say A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, or J)(Each character represent different geo data). The sender(at either one of the location A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, or J) send the sms to the phone(the phone will be in a vehicle)(with the program installed in that phone) The program must be able to reply back sms to the sender, mentioning the current location of the vehicle and the approximate time arrival to the location that the sender had mentioned in the sms text earlier on.
