Android App - Source Code Fix - Code cleaning + Import/Export through Eclipse

Hello, We have a small job for some expert Android developers. We have a project finalized from another freelancer but the source code needs to be better organized and fixed in order to let it become manageable imported/exported through Eclipse (Windows OS). At the moment we have graphic elements distributed on many folders, most of them unused so for this reason app become very big when it's compiled in APK. The source code it's splitted into 2 packages, we wish to merge everything into a single package. Please bid to this project only if you are expert on Android Apps and Eclipse development. We will select only trusted freelancers, and we need to sign an NDA agreement as this source code will not be used in future as we have the copyright for it. We will release milestone only after we will receive the source code fixed with all our requirements.
