I have a lot of experience developed in Microsoft Access, and can say that this project can be created using part of the interface generated by Microsoft Office therefore should not be complicated, but you need to make some adjustments and customizations, although the database this type tends to overgrow, it is easy to repair and take a backup of it, has certain limitations to networking and shared by different users. I need to know if you have licenses for Microsoft Access, I say this because sometimes it is necessary to repair the database and it is advisable to have a full version for this, although the execution of client side only needs a runtime.
