We need a simple order/production/inventory database set up. We make fresh baked products per week based on orders received weekly with some inventory kept on hand. We need a system to easily enter orders using well formatted drop down menus. There are 25 products, each with 2-4 size options. From the week's orders, we need to generate a report indicating how much of which product needs to be produced. This report will tie into the overall product inventory information (some items use multiple ingredients in their production). This should also tie into packaging inventory including labeling of products for the week. We also need a simple one page report for the warehouse to pull the orders that includes the customer name, product ordered (item, size, and quantity). The database does not need to address invoicing or accounting. Currently all this is done on multiple Excel spreadsheets, but we want to develop an Access 2010 database. Thank you for your bids.
