I can make it so it can be use in Multi-user environment (Many user can work simultaneously from different computer) with log-in dialog, search, filter and save the filter features using Microsoft Access with Access Reports. I offer you access application with very user friendly forms having functionalities like auto filling easy data selection through dropdowns, Search data, Validation rules, Filter some data then save the filter with a name so you don't need to filter for future use. The user interface structure of the application will be such that there will be a single Home form and all the other forms can be loaded on this main Home form through button clicks to access their functionality.

You still need some additional functionality; that is linking everything to users and plus few additional functions. I will create a db app that be used in a printing centre to track printing, laminating and binding jobs. All costs need to be able to be assigned to the user who requested the jobs - there needs to be a table of users with a form to add users easily - with email addresses, department code. There needs to be a table for charges - such as A4 printing, special paper, lamination etc., and there needs to be a form to add new charges easily. Some charges will be printing costs and others will be stationary costs - so there needs to be a field for this. There needs to be a table to record all jobs, with a form to easily add the jobs - and calculate total cost - and the submit button should record the job and also send a simple email to the user notifying them it is complete and notifying them the total cost. There also needs to be a simple report that can be run from the switchboard at the end of each month which reports on total cost of printing and total cost of non printing items - sorted by user and also another report sorted by department code - which can then be emailed at the click of a button to a predefined email address.
