OK I can do it it with DS1207 RTC you can mention if you prefer something else. do you want a seconds display? You also need a small battery and two switches for clock setting. I will deliver the schematic, code,a working model in veroboard I if you require Pcb design you have to pay Rs3000,PCB fab if you require will be as is by fab and it will be approximately Rs 3500.
