Convert Metatrader Indicators to EA

I need good coder to convert Sniper Forex to EA. Attached is the Project Documentation for clearer understanding of the requirements. Please read the doc very well and follow the instructions. Study the User Guide to understand the trading strategy together with trade management principles. Total budget is less than $50 and delivery time is 1 week including testing and optimization. Notwithstanding, we won't mind to give it a little bump if there is any good reason for that. Upon your acceptance to code the EA, the additional 2 indicators will be made available for you to work with. PAYMENT: Do not apply if you cannot work without milestone. We will not create milestone until we are confident that you can do it as described. We will create 40% milestone when we are sure you can do it as required and without fail, usually after few tests and release the whole amount when the result is satisfied according to the requirements.
