Members of a community homeowners’ association, against the opposition of the Board of Directors, want to create and execute a campaign to inform the members of options and ideas to deal with a large budget surplus. The Board of Directors want to utilize the surplus as the wish without soliciting input from the homeowners and are creating a precedent that would be difficult to reverse if the Board is successful in their spending plans.

Deliverables:

• Deliver a well-thought and practical campaign strategy, associated tactics, and execution plan.

• Provide social, print, and web guidance and consulting to ensure success of the campaign.

Fixed-cost campaign executed over a 60-day period from October to December, 2016.
