We are looking for a proposal from a call center with maximum number of seats for complete campaign of a International company Basic details are: 1- Product is a device security product that can be easily offered as an "up-sale" to already generated sales. The signup is about $30 and the rebill is about $12. 2-Sales Floor can receive recurring revenue for up to 18 months per client 3-Sales Floor needs to generate only 4-8 sales per day to meet quota. Other info - *Per hour proposals will not be accepted unless the per hour rate is critically competitive. *Dialer/lead data is not provided Monthly payouts, no holdbacks. We have a contact center for 10 working seats in Manila Philippines with a generous reception, meeting, conference and pantry room. We deal with professionals and businesses from all over the world and run a day shift here which runs from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm PST. We are fully equipped to start a USA night shift here for 10 seats with extra seats for management and admin. Our office is extendable up to 40 seats if required and are CCTV equipped, all seats can be monitored remotely through mobile application also. There is no setup fee our call center is already set up, your people would just call in and our agents will take care of the call. The rate of $2200 is per agent per month. Some companies are able to use 1 person other need to use 5 or more. It just all depends on your call volume. Average cost for level support depending on who you go thru can be about $3360, and higher. So you can see your savings already. After contracts have been signed we can get you up and running very shortly. We average about one week after contracts are signed. However we have been able to do it it as soon as 3 days after contracts were signed. Just depends on each situation. Please let me know how many agents you would need. Also let me know if you would need trilingual staff . Call Center Outsourcing Average Costs If you don’t already have a call center, establishing one requires a major investment.
