B2B Sales Manager

NextBee ([login to view URL]) is seeking inside B2B sales development professionals to join its demand generation team. Responsibilities of this role include generating new sales opportunities and providing support to sales executives. To be successful in this position, you must display strong account development skills, be articulate, and be willing to multi-task and succeed in a fluid, challenging environment. Responsibilities: Generates prospective customers through cold calling, webinars, and social media outreach Converts incoming leads into qualified customer engagements by working with clients on defining requirements and timelines for the projects Manages a prospecting pipeline within our CRM and maintain accurate prospect/customer information Does regular email and telephone follow ups with prospects to help sales executives bring efficiency to the sales process. Assists with the continual improvement of strong day-to-day processes and demand generation collateral Desired Skills and Experience Aggressive, tech savvy and self-motivated to succeed against all odds Excellent presentation skills and familiarity with hosting webinars Multitasker - you must be willing to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and comfortable with a fluid environment Willingness to work in flexible hours to support international prospects Exceptional communication skills with ability to talk in clear, fun, and authentic tone
