Affiliate Marketing/website Guru Needed - Turn our website into profit

We are looking for an affiliate marketer, someone with extensive experience in monetising a website with around 25k unique visitors per month (organic, zero marketing currently being done) in a vertical growing niche in the pet space - currently only 300 opt-ins, averaging about 7 per week, could improve drastically with some daily effort. Great opportunity for the right person. We are looking for someone with special talent, strong command of the english language, solid experience and prepared to work according to completely realistic and attainable KPI's.
Own the project, find ways to monetise, must have entrepreneurial mind-set, keen to build a relationship. You are a leader, teacher, driven, keen to succeed and nice to get along with - we are nice people trying new ideas on the internet. You have strong internet marketing ability, are an idea's person, not scared to try things outside of the square. Rates on offer to be reviewed after discussion/performance and % of share in the profits for the right person. Possible ways to monetise this site are: membership fee's, digital products, special offers, eDM marketing, learning material (affiliate).
You will be a partner in this product and will want it to succeed.
