My name is Jessie and I run my own business and marketing consultancy in Melbourne. I have been running my own business fro 2 years - Jork Consulting, supporting small to medium businesses with marketing, PR, social media and traditional marketing. I work from home as I have small children, but prior to this I held several senior management roles with Bupa over an 11 year period.
I have a Bachelor of Business from Monash University with a double major in Management and Marketing.
When I was at Bupa I was the National Customer Quality Manager where I was part of the customer experience team. We were responsible for measuring, reporting on and addressing customer satisfaction through market research.

My quote is to design and develop the survey, research contact details for companies, send email survey and to make call to have 10 surveys completed (keeping in mind that to get 10 surveys we may need to call 30 people) and then the reporting and analysis.
