Debug a magento store after restoring databases

My store was hacked and a freelancer managed to solve the hack and restored my databases.

Problems left to fix:

A 404 when I want to login to the admin, a 404 on the homepage, a 404 on the checkout page of the default store and a https error on the same checkout page for all the other stores (so SLL problems).

The admin login page without https, it appears broken because the files .css and images return 404

On network monitor on that page those pictures and css return 404 but with https they return correctly

I need a magento expert to debug all above problems.

PLEASE CHECK THE REPORT AND THE LOG FILE ATTACHED.

Important information that the previous freelancer told me:

so its a simple fix for someone expert in magento, i've tried all the general fixes with htaccess, reindexing and modifying certain files but all failed.

sorry for not being able to fix the 404, i've tried multiple methods but either the newer magento installation is the cause or the attackers deleting some cms entries from the database I coulnd't figure it out. The next thing to do is find a magento expert to debug the situation and the file paths of inclusion to detect exactly what extension or else is causing the problem

i had to update the installation as there were dozens security patches from the one you installed last year so the latest 1.9.2.4 magento version dealt with all

all patches appear as fixed

the only problem remained was the downloader path

but the downloader you either delete or move, its your choice depending on how you do the extensions updates

Some more important information that the previous freelancer told me:


as I said I suspect the attacker deleted something from cms in the database and after that he populated the default settings with his html page
I've changed those default to back where they were in 2014 from that backup
but I couldn't figure out what he erased, if he erased anything I don't know, could also be that the upgrade to a new magento version is causing this
whats certain and you need to mention to the magento expert is that when using the https, on the admin path, everything is normal except the redirection, but without https no file can be found
