Block connections from all countries except Brazil using Iptables

Requirements:
Create a script or something that blocks all connections made by IPs that are outside Brazil in Iptables;
White list of allowed IPs by file;
If block use range of IPs, it should be automatically updated from time to time with new ranges.
The work will be done via SSH on a cloud server, and all commands to configure this environment should be documented so that I can use the command on another server.
