I have two applications which have application servers running on ports 8000-8001 and 8002-8003. I need the Apache vhost file writing so each application is served from a different sub-domain, it must use "Proxy balancer". My existing vhosts are as follows: ServerName [login to view URL] DocumentRoot /var/www/apps/sbox/current/public Options FollowSymLinks AllowOverride None Order allow, deny Allow from all # Configure mongrel_cluster BalancerMember [login to view URL] BalancerMember [login to view URL] ServerName [login to view URL] ServerAlias [login to view URL] DocumentRoot /var/www/apps/sbox/production/current/public Options FollowSymLinks AllowOverride None Order allow, deny Allow from all # Configure mongrel_cluster BalancerMember [login to view URL] BalancerMember [login to view URL] For some reason the application on ports 8000-8001 is served for both sub-domains (www and staging).
