Conveyancing paralegal

I am a local sole practitioner solicitor and I need the assistance of a paralegal or conveyancer who can look after some files for me and collect the mail etc while I am on holidays overseas from 16 July 2016 to 2 August 2016. Basically I need that person to be available to my clients on the telephone if they need assistance and to scan all mail to me each day so that I can work from overseas but if anything needs doing or printing out and posted the paralegal can get that done for me
