Company Requires Legal Contracts

We need someone who is experienced with the Irish Law, in particular contract law and IP/Copyright. Please have a look at a very similar project (we need same for Ireland) – parts have been copied: http://www.freelancer.com/projects/Legal-Human-Resources/Startup-Company-Requires-Legal-Contracts.html Project number: 1104728 We are looking for: - An employee’s/contractor employer contract with IP allocated to the company and a confidentially clause “As this will be used as a standard form (for any employee and contractor), annexes or appendices will need to be included that detail role descriptions and pay agreements - which we'll require a template for each but separate to the IP/confidentiality agreement” - Standard customer agreement “This agreement will be required to limit the company's exposure to liability and risk (capped liability payment) as well as include a confidentiality clause and an IP retainment clause (for the company to retain the IP not the customer). Added into this customer agreement would be a fee agreement annex, which we'll need as a template so that we can adjust as required” - Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for Freelancers and Partnerships (We are working with several contractors in various countries and we need some flavours of an NDA to help protect the confidentiality of our projects and our IP)
