I need a contract for a client my company will provide the services for managing their outsourced IT provider, as well as the provision of specialist geotechnical [geological/geophysical] IT skills. I have a contract with the IT service provider as a starting point on the services that will be provided by them, and have a proposal I have written as the definition of services provided by my company. My main requirements are to minimize the liability on the services I provide, as well as remove my companies liability on the services provided by the outsourced IT provider. The contract services will be supplied in Australia and Canada initially, but will be executed in Australia, under Australian law.
