Customisations to Updated Joomla 2.5 Site

We have updated our old Joomla 1.5 site, and created a new 2.5 site. I am an experienced Joomla developer looking for extra help. There are several apps I need updating so that they follow the same functionality as the apps on the old site. They will need some customising. 1: DocMan. I need this configured so that it recognises files held on our web server that are uploaded via FTP. This functionality already exists on the old 1.5 site. I need DocMan to notify customers via email when files are assigned to them with a custom message, as it does now on our old 1.5 site. There will be some other factors that will need addressing as the project progresses. Please be prepared to address these issues as they occur. 2: AppointmentBookingPro. I need these details exported from the old 1.5 website and updated to the new 2.5 website. I will probably also need this customised for notification purposes. I will need the new site configured to work with our SMS provider. VERY IMPORTANT. I am looking for a developer we can build ongoing relationship with. I am not necessarily looking for the cheapest developer, I am looking for the best skill set with good value for money. I need to be able to trust this developer. I need someone who can reliably work in a British timezone. You must have excellent english You must have excellent CSS & Joomla skills.
