Create a Cordova/Phonegap Plugin that turns image array into a video

I need someone who has experience in creating Cordova/Phonegap Plugins to create a plugin for me that works with iOS and Android. The requirements are very simple. The plugin should take 8 separate PNG images (defined in JS, not user selected) and save them to the device as an mp4 video. It should accept some other config options too: - FPS (Frame rate of the video per second) - Loop (Set how many times the 8 frames are looped. For example: if Loop is set to 1, the 8 frames would run 1 time and then loop 1 more time so the mp4 would be 16 frames long, instead of 8. If Loop is set to 0 then frames run 1 time only, the mp4 would be 8 frames long.) - Make the filename of the mp4 file created available to the app as a variable. That is all, very straight forward. When you bid please tell me about other Phonegap/Cordova plugins you have worked on or general Phonegap/Cordova projects if you have. Please do not copy and paste a proposal telling me how you work on things like Wordpress and Joomla, it is boring to read these unrelated messages and I often ignore those bids :)
