Create Online Budget Calculator

I need a calculator for a page of my website. It will be fairly simple, with a column of fields that the user will enter numbers into. These must then be used to provide several immediate calculations. I will provide an excel sheet to show how I want the calculations to work and give you a link to a site that has a similar form already. I will also provide a link to my site so that you can see how it needs to fit in terms of look and feel. I am not very skilled technically, so the job has to include very clear instructions on exactly what I need to do to add the form to my site and get it working. The solution must include everything I need for the calculator to work fully. You will look at my site before you start to ensure that what you provide is fully compatible. The solution must work in all browsers and not be dependent on anyone having any particular software or applications. Payment will not be made until I have successfully added the form to my site and tested it. I have other forms and calculators I need if this is done well.
