Basic Website Build from Supplied Design

We have designed the look and feel for a 3 page static website. The page layouts are attached as JPEG files and the individual page elements and text can be supplied to the freelancer that wins this project. GENERAL The pages will have to be set-up so that the whole home page will scale to fit in the most popular screen sizes and resolutions. Please note that the product copy text is yet to be supplied and as such the elements (product shots, titles and descriptions) in the main body of the page will be tweaked to fit. CONTACT US/FORM PAGE As per visual. Active links at the foot of the page, web addresses in body copy ([login to view URL] & [login to view URL]) and DermaVeen logo. Validated form with mandatory fields, captcha and link to privacy policy page with confirmation check-box Email to be sent to address to be confirmed. PRIVACY POLICY PAGE As per visual. You will need to provide examples of working solutions that you have done previously.
