Digital Content Store website built to match our design

We'd like to commission an experienced developer to build our website that will be used to sell our digital content. The website needs to be customized to match the look and feel that we have already created in Photoshop. This project will be begun from scratch, and while we do have experience in online shopping carts, this will be our first CMS run website. We will therefor need a developer that is able to create the site from start to finish including front end, back end as well as all the shopping cart aspects. We will also require advice on which cart system to use. While the site is fairly basic in its functionality there are a few small custom features that will need to be implemented. For example, 360 degree turntable preview of products etc. Since we are new to CMS websites, we will also need basic support in terms of educating us about how to operate the back end.
