Compile Sencha Touch 2 application

Hello,

I've developed a very simple application in Sencha Touch 2. It works great in debug mode. Now I cannot publish as it is now, because it's very big (since it's in debug mode, it's using all the libraries of Sencha). I need to "compile" it so that I can deploy it.

Sencha Touch allows you to compile it (it combines files, it minifies files, it compresses files, etc.) but the documentation is very poor and not updated (it refers to an old version of Sencha Touch), so I don't know how to compile it.

I'm attaching my original debug application; you need to compile it (using Sencha Touch tools, i.e. Sencha CMD), so that I can upload it on my website. It should be as small as possible.
