c# application to log into mysolavei.com

I need an expert in c# that able to create a log in for my.solavei.com. Below is an algorithm I\'ve created. 1. Load email database from file, usually a .csv file and add the email contact information to a list. The list should include (first name, last name, email). 2. log into my [login to view URL] using WebClient.
