Custom Video Gallery Needed

I need a video gallery created. The exact page image has been sliced up and put into the attached file. Here's how it needs to work: 1) In the menu (slice 05), there will be a list of links that should look like this list. When the user clicks a link, an IMAGE will open in the grey area (slice 04). The yellow highlight in the menu bar must also align to the selected menu item. 2) When the IMAGE has loaded, it must have two (2) links on it. One link will open a video (Flash or Vimeo) in the same area (slice 04), replacing the image. The other link will take the user to a new page. (Note that each IMAGE, for each menu item, will have different links.) 3) When the user clicks on "More" (slice 07), the list of links in the menu (slice 05) will scroll down. When we reach the end of the list, the first item will appear again making a loop. The gallery should NOT be made in Flash. It must be visible across all browsers, even the dreaded IE6. Below the gallery is a simpler black bar (slices 22 - 28). As the user hovers over each of these the image will change to a highlighted version, the indicator (slices 15-21) will appear over the selected item, and the appropriate description (slice 14) will appear above it. (This part of the job is easy and I can do it myself if need be.) I think this should be a simple job for someone who knows what they're doing, but please bid and show me an example of your work that would indicate you can do it. Thank-you and good luck to all.
