Cold Fusion site homepage edits

I am looking for someone to be able to change the homepage layout of a Cold Fusion website for me. The following needs to be done: 1) Change the Javascript left menu to dropsdown expand the sub-categories 2) Move elements around the page 3) Add the user login function to the header 4) Make sure the homepage edits will work with the CMS (custom homemade CMS) I will provide the current site information and PSD mockup of the new look to the winning bidder.
