Convert menu bar to unordered list - repost

I have a Dreamweaver template that includes a menu bar made of a href links. I want you to convert those links to an unordered list, adding one submenu of unordered list. I want this new nav bar to look like the original css menu bar. I also have one page (Video) from the original site that does NOT pull the menu from the css and I want you to fix this html page so either: 1) it DOES pull the nav bar from the new css or 2) insert the code directly into this new page. I will use Dreamweaver to insert the correct css code into all other webpages. I will provide original template, css sheet, and embedded images and the one Video page of html.
