Custom desktop based HTML meta tags editor

Hi, I want a desktop app with following user interface that does the following:- 1. The width of the app is large enough with 3 interfaces. The left pane will have a window to browse files. The user will be asked to browse for the starting folder. Once the user selects the starting folder, the APP will include all HTML or HTM files in that folder and all subfolders inside that folder. The left pane will then display all the files. The display will not show what folder or subfolder the files are in, but only show the files. 2. The centre pane will be large enough to "browse" the HTML file as in real browser. When the user clicks on a particular file, that file will be displayed in the centre pane browser. It will act like a real browser with title of the page in the tab of the browser. 3. The third pane will automatically read the meta tags of the HTML file. For example - <meta name="keywords" content="steroid alternatives, legal steroids, legal anabolic steroids;"/> or like this - <meta name="keywords" content="steroid alternatives, legal steroids, legal anabolic steroids,"> or like this - <meta name="keywords" content="steroid alternatives, legal steroids, legal anabolic steroids"> Also, it is a possibility that some files will not have any meta keywords. Like this - <meta name="keywords" content=" "> or they will not have the meta keywords code altogether. FUNCTIONS 4. When the user clicks on a particular file, the centre pane browser displays the html file. And the right pane shows list of all meta keywords of that file in list format like this - steroid alternatives legal steroids legal anabolic steroids Then the user can browse the text in centre pane and "highlight" any word or phrase in the text of the html file and add that word or phrase into the existing list of meta keywords for that file. Give a single key shortcut to add the word or phrase into the existing list of meta keywords for that file. And also give right click option to add the word or phrase into the existing list of meta keywords for that file. User can also append keywords on his own in third pane into the list. 5. When the user has made necessary changes and modified the meta keywords list for that file to his satisfaction, then he can click on a save button and the meta keywords code in that html file will be changed to include the modified meta keywords. The final code will be like this - <meta name="keywords" content="steroid alternatives, legal steroids, legal anabolic steroids, new keyword1, new keyword 2, new keyword 3;"/> Regardless of how the earlier meta tags code was, the new code will use the above format. After clicking save file , the new file will replace the old file on the system.
