Binary file format. Create Windows shortcut (.lnk) files from Java

This project requires someone familiar with: - Hex editors - Binary file formats/structures - Java On the attachment you find the binary description of Windows shortcut files (.lnk extension). The file format is very well documented, I just need some code in Java to create these files. See page 10 of the PDF for a full description of the hex format. This is quite a simple task for those familiar with creating binary files. For those who will bid without reading the full description, I don't want code running on JNI or external commands. I want this code to work 100% from Java.
