Basic website creation (coming soon page, full build in next project)

I'm in the first phase of launching a marketplace business, but for now I'm just looking for a simple splash landing page, two informational pages, and the ability to capture emails addresses. Ideally looking to get something up quickly that looks professional, and which we can keep live until the larger development project is completed. The larger project will also be created as a new eLance project, but if you do great work on this one, we will use you on the full build too. Full project will be a dynamic, two-sided marketplace, web/iOS/Android, and functionality to include payments, CRM, phone integration, use of a few API's, etc. For this project, we want: 1. Home page: Simple and clean design. a. Company name and logo at the top b. single picture that fills the remainder of the screen (needs to be dynamic, so it fits all screen sizes (plus mobile web) c. text saying "coming soon..." d. box for user to enter email address (which then gets saved) e. two links - "Consumer" and "Restaurant". 2. Consumer a. Same header as Home b. picture that dynamically fills the screen c. some text which provides additional Consumer details. This text needs to be editable from a dashboard, or needs to be able to be updated simply by non-programmers. d. box for user to enter email address (which then gets saved, separate to the emails from the Home page) 3. Restaurant a. Same header as Home b. picture that dynamically fills the screen c. some text which provides Restaurant additional details. This text needs to be editable from a dashboard, or needs to be able to be updated simply by non-programmers. d. box for user to enter email address (which then gets saved, separate to the emails from the Home and Consumer pages) We are happy for you to use website builder with SquareSpace, Wix, Weebly, Strikingly, etc it you prefer, or build it from scratch. The project just needs to be completed relatively quickly, and look professional. We will provide: 1. URL - already registered with GoDaddy 2. Logo - already created by 99Designs, and we have all files and guidelines 3. Pictures/mockups of how we want each of the three pages to look 4. All text/copy We need you to propose and set up any hosting or other requirements.
