DATABASE HUGE XML SQL JAVA SAS STX C# OMNIMARK STAX

Need someone to build a database using the link provided here [login to view URL] I don't care which language you use, but I would like to access the data when you extract ALL information out of those files. I need to access these files later using txt, csv, or Stata files need to be completed in 1 week at most, no delays, accuracy is a must. Before you email me and telling me you can get it done, you need to send me a converted file in txt with ALL information extracted from one of the yearly assingee file (750mb). I don't want you to show me a small sample since the difficult part is the size. There are tons of information in there, and do NOT leave any variable unextracted. If you can show me you can convert a large file with accuracy, then you can do the job.
