containing sites within frames in firefox

Many urls have the script "target=_top" or "target=_blank" which prevents them from being contained inside frames. This script causes many pages to break out of frames within a page. I am looking for a way to contain these urls in frame on a webpage of my site and prevent them from “breaking” out using client side scripting (javascript). I am looking for a way to do this in the FireFox browser. For example, if I show [url removed, login to view] in a frame in my site, when I click on the “sign in” to check my yahoo email, it breaks out of the frame on my site… that is what I would like to prevent from happening. Does anyone have a solution to this? I am willing to pay very nicely for the solution. I will need to see an example of this implemented before I pay (I have had bad experiences of people not delivering after I pay). Please do not respond to this post unless you know exactly how do it. I am not looking for someone who “thinks” they could figure it out, but rather someone who knows. This is a very complicated thing to implement. Remember I am looking for a solution that is client side, not server side, and the solution for FireFox browsers.
