Android gallery application coded in java

We are seeking an individual to build a gallery application for the android platform. We specifically want the code. The functionality should be: move from picture to picture, forward and back, side to side "sliding" gestures. The images should respond to being dragged across the screen dynamically (i.e. the sliding gesture does not trigger an animated transition, but the images moves with your finger) Horizontal orientation. The app needs to be able to open a menu which allows easy selection of pictures by number, the ability to bookmark a number and recall that last bookmark via a "latest bookmark" button. Art assets for buttons will be supplied. We require Java source code that can be opened in Eclipse IDE. The code should allow us to easily add or subtract images (or html pages, whichever is easier) from the application (both in the main app and in the nav menu's page count). Along with instructions on how to perform this action. The code should run without errors on all Android SDK's from 1.5 to current. We feel this application should be one day's work using middleware like phonegap ([login to view URL]) or Titanium ([login to view URL]).
