Create Japanese questions for learners

We are creating a new language learning website. We need native Japanese speakers, who can create questions for Japanese learners from very beginners to business user levels, up to 1,000 or more questions. Classify levels and categories of them. All should be 4-option questions, using letters, pictures, or/and voice files. Please bid with; several sample files, the number of questions, the duration how many days needed to be done, and price.
