We are looking for someone who hopefully has a little background in marketing for a real estate company and can help us create a marketing plan for our start up. We will explain in detail the company and give you access to our website as well. We are looking for someone who is familiar with all areas of marketing and can simply create a full marketing plan for us. We aren't looking for execution of the plan just someone to create it in detail so that we can follow it.
The plan must include all components of a marketing plan such as but not limited to:
1. Market Research (Customer demographics, market segment, target markets, who our competition is, benchmarks in the industry, etc.)
2. Market strategies (must include all avenues) Networking, direct marketing, advertising, training programs, places we can receive recognition such as articles, press releases, internet marketing such as facebook, linked in, twitter, and instagram.
3.) A rough marketing budget.
4.) Marketing goals (we will work through this portion with you).
5.) And any other part of a strong marketing plan as we are familiar with market plans but are not marketers ourselves.
Must be familiar with SEO and the elements of email and social media marketing that are important. One of these key elements is how to send email campaigns without being black hatted.
