Hi, I am a certified Adwords Expert. I can setup your adwords account and manage it, even considering a performance payment, based on the performance that I provide, but having a very low budget of $20 / day would be very tricky. All I can tell you is that I can agree on setting up your account for a $100 fee excluding the freelancer expenses so it might go up to $120 including the freelancer expenses and fees. With this price I can correctly setup your account and then we can agree that you pay me a certain price for each of the sells you make. I think this would be a solution that will work for both of us. Also my suggestion will be to start very small, maybe even with a single product instead of a whole category, based on your daily budget. I will do a detailed research to find the most requested adult toy for which the trend and the request is high and based on the results we can start initially advertising only that.
