Build Links to my Website

We need 100 DA/PA 20+ permanent, one-way backlinks from US websites. PLEASE DON'T BID BEFORE YOU READ, UNDERSTAND AND ACCEPT ALL THE REQUIREMENTS. The link builder should be experienced - please do not bid if you have no link building experience. Links must not be made using automated software or any other illegal linking methods (like hacked website etc.). Blackhat or Grey hat methods will not be accepted nor paid for. We have the right to reject URLs that do not comply with the following Guidelines. - At least 1 backlink must be PA30+ Daily - Max 5 links per day - Will provide you with 7 different keywords to be used as anchor text. At least 30 links have to use one of the provided anchor texts REQUIREMENTS: - Backlinks with 100% white hat techniques only! - Links must be strictly from DA/PA 20+ pages - internal pages, iframe page with PA less than 20 not count. - Links must be permanent. You agree to replace any links which are removed within 6 months after placement. - One link per domain. - Links must be placed on proper DA/PA20+ web pages, either on home page or internal pages. Page must be linked with home page. - We will provide anchor text for 80% of the backlinks. The other half can only use the URL. - Page must not be dis-allowed by robots.txt. - The linking page must have no more than 100 outbound links. - All links must be static and standard href type links. - Only links from relevant sites will be accepted. - Domains must be from different IP addresses and different Class-C IP addresses. - Link pages and our text links must be visible, readable, indexable and do-follow. - Link pages must be indexed and cached by Google, Yahoo and Bing within last 40 days. - Backlinks must be search engine friendly, that is no redirects, cloaking and other practices NOT ALLOWED: * No contextual ads sites, scraped content, mirror sites, popups, intrusive advertising, NO SPAMMING, etc. * No link from: ARTICLE or DIRECTORY SITES, COMMENTS, torrent sites, from guest books dynamic links, link farms Free For All websites, hacker, gambling, ping sites, porn sites, pharmacy sites etc. (NO "bad neighborhood" sites) * No fake PR or sites banned by Google, Yahoo, Bing * No links from "under construction" pages * No sites which ask for money later * No use of automated software or bots * No links from rel="nofollow" or "noindex" tag for pages * No java links, jump scripts, framed pages, redirects, cloaking, CSS redirects, 301 redirects, dynamic links, flash sites/pages, hidden links, no string parameters, session ID's, etc. REPORTING / PAYMENT All links have to be reported using an excel file indicating URL, Anchortext and PageRank. I will verify all links are DoFollow and that the Anchor text is correct, the domain DA/PA of each website, that the profile pages are publicly viewable without registration and Indexed in Google. Do not bid on this project if you are expecting to be paid before doing the job (no milestone before it's done and reviewed). Please only bid on this if you can accept the provided guideline and if you can perform the task in a professional way.
