So a client of mine is thinking of investing in developing a country club in some rural area in punjab. I need someone to come up with ideas in how to accomplish this. I need some to brainstorm marketing strategy legal issues raising venture architectural plans , services etc Right now this in in ideation phase. I need someone with a very good overall perspective of what it will take to accomplish this. This position is not paid but the client is offering lifetime membership to the said club for the one with the best ideas. They are planning to set this club as a a model which later can be franchised. They need out of the box (but workable) ideas . Some questions (there will 100s more) to think about - 1. what are the legal issues? 2. how to market? 3. How to get funding? 4. How will it be different from others? 5. What is the total investment needed? 6. What services are must have? 7. How to attract international visitors? 8. How can internet/online be leveraged? Please note the ideas must be based on some kind of research not just a product of your imagination. If you are a busy person but interested in this, please mention in bid there may be option to be involved by giving your expertise but only working we hours a week in free time. Note 2: this is the bigger picture we don't want to get into too much details as of now. Just want to find the right candidate who has a larger perspective. Note 3: As of now in exchange of your expertise you will be getting lifetime membership but they may pay full fee if the candidate is really good. Other Details - The client already has 15 acre land. They are planning to invest 1-5 crore for the entire project
