AWS Video encoding and inserting in Wordpress

I have a bunch of sites I need the video to play in. I load them to me S# hosting with Amazon but need them encoded for iPads etc.... then inserted into Wordpress in the OptimizePress theme.

There is one urgent one and then a bunch more :)

I will need this done every time I do a new product.
