Ad Sales and Link Building

Hello, We have a fairly popular blog that is in need of a marketing and ad sales expert. The blog enjoys thousands of visitors and have good followership on social media channels like Facebook. The tasks of the person we require would include the following. - Pitching our site to potential advertisers and selling them ad spots on our website - Work on link building for the site from reputed sources. We have a list of sources(mainly in the US) you could get in touch with. At times, this may be needed to be pursued through phone, so it helps if you are in the US and are comfortable in conversing with US prospects. (Even if you are not situated in US, but can use Skype or other VOIP and converse effectively, that should be fine) - Be creative in increasing our site's exposure. If you are well connected and have contacts in the mainstream media that can help us increase exposure, this would be considered as a plus. We don't have any hourly requirements for this project. Your success would be evaluated based on the additional revenue, links and advertisers you bring us. We are also open to revenue sharing for the additional ads you bring in for a set period. Please bid for a 1 month period. Along with your bid, it would be ideal if you could provide examples of the past work you have done related to this. Thanks!
