A Spanish marketer to work part time in Madrid

I am opening an English academy in Madrid, Spain (the website is [login to view URL] ), that will offer several services, and I will need a specific marketing approach for each service,for example you will see by viewing the website that the academy will offer phone classes and online classes. so we can attract anybody in all of Spain so the marketing approach will be different than our approach with classes at the academy in Madrid, I am looking for someone who knows a lot about the English learning market, and has experience in marketing to help me with advertising and becoming known and increasing business. the job will be part time,20 hour per week,for 3-6 months or permanent ....depending on what you accomplish for the company.
