Dating and email submit lead wanted

I'm looking for experienced providers that can generate quality sign-ups to my CPA offers. The offers will be from: - Email submits or - Dating This project can become long term if you can provide high quality service. Also, you need to show me your traffic reports. Before I decide to hire you long term I would like you to send 20 leads first. Payment is after campaign or when money is paid over and sign ups are checked. Please apply only if you are capable of generating 10 -20 CPA leads per day. Requirements for Lead: * Unique IP's – * No duplicates, No fraudulent signups, No Black Hat, NO CL Spamming or other spamming activities * No fake registrations using proxies, IP changing or hiding techniques, bots, etc. * All sign-ups *MUST BE REAL PEOPLE* * Must be able to produce a Minimum of 50 leads a day Payment will be $0.50 per Lead that goes through and will be made bi-weekly. Only bid if you can full fill my requirements.
