Consultant Wanted - How to Better Monetize Our Website

We have a website which consistently receives about 50,000 hits per month. However, we generate very little income from the site - perhaps $20-$40 per month, mostly from Adsense and Clickbank. We'd like someone to review our site and provide a detailed plan on how we can increase our earnings to $2,000 - $4,000 per month with this same basic level of traffic. In other words, we've been able to generate traffic, however we need help generating better income from that traffic. Your plan should be very detailed.
