Bring users to my website and create profiles with pictures

We are currently looking for someone to help us find "people" to build profiles for our online dating website. We are looking for real people (not fake profiles). Each person must create a profile with legit information (all areas within the profile must be complete - (ex. about me, likes, real profile material - Each profile will get checked once completed!). All profiles must come with at least 1 photo when created. Multiple photos will come with a better chance of acceptance. You will need to let us know the "username" that has registered so that we can validate whether the profile meets our standards. We are looking for 100 people (half females/half males) to create real profiles within the following states: - Washington D.C - New York, NY - Pennsylvania - Virginia If you comply with our standards and agreement, send us a message saying "i agree with your terms". Payment shall be based per profile created ($1) a person after screening has been successful. If the profile does not have legit information about the person, or the "picture" is of poor quality ex. (not a persons photo, sex doesn't match the profile, random picture of anything. picture is unclear, or photo is of old age), then you will not get paid for that profile, and we will remove the profile from the site. Also when you place your bid, you will need to provide us a date of completion. If you cannot meet the deadline, then we will only pro-rate you payment based on how many profiles were accepted by us — ex. (brought only 20 people = $20) - contract shall be terminated up to that point. NOTE: I have been involved with Freelancer.com for many years now and have worked with many individuals on this site. Each time a project is completed, I release the payment on time, as agreed upon (check my track record). Which means that I expect good work, and good work to be completed on time based on the time frame that we agree upon. No excuses...
