Affiliate management and recruitment for Online Trading firm

Hello Professional Marketers, We are an International Online Trading Broker and wanted to connect with a professional who is looking to assist us in building a network of affiliates that know how to promote financial services and specifically the binary options trading instrument . What I am looking for is actually two roles: 1) On a basic level, I am looking for affiliates who are willing to work on a Pay-per-sale type of arrangement. 2) On a higher level, I am looking for an affiliate manager to recruit and manage marketers. The manager will be compensated based on the overriding commission of the performance of the affiliates the manager recruits. I will provide examples of copy to be used for landing pages, blogs, or other marketing vehicles. Compensation will be directly from the company based on a percentage of the amount of deposits from leads. So, on to the big question. What kind of commissions are we talking about here? Here is the breakdown (and let's just stay with Amount of Deposit): Total Deposit amount 5000 Leads per month(1% conversion) = 50 clients X Average Deposit Amount $1,000 =$50,000 My commission rate x 10% My take-home $5,000 The Broker is tightly regulated by Cysec and BVI FSC so all clients deposits are kept in a segregated account. The affiliate would receive a percentage of Traders Deposits. This also includes re-top up of accounts. Commission is negotiable based on performance. A tiered system can be established for increased commission percentage based on sales volume of the individual. The Affiliate will be sent login details for REAL TIME performance tracking including Trading activity of clients, amount of client deposits, amount of commission received, MAIN Campaign Traffic, SUB Campaign generator and Traffic data and so on. This will allow for transparency needed to maintain a trusting arrangement between marketers and the company. Simply put, we have no problem paying for performance. Quarterly, bonuses are also a possibility. I don't know in what capacity you may be interested in this kind of arrangement, but I would like to start a dialog with you.
