Czech Link Building Needed 100 links

Description: We need 100 Backlinks from .CZ domains to our site. REQUIREMENTS: - Pages links appear on should be indexed in [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] - PR of link page should be 1 or above - keywords will be provided - Links should be from Czech language websites only. - Links must be free, one way, non-reciprocal and static to our website. - Links should be Permanent links only , active and NEVER expire and not require further payments. - We need these links over the next 30 days - PR requirement is for the page the link appears on. - Links from websites that already link to our site will not be counted. - One link per domain AND Class C IP block. - No search spam. - No Links in comments, blog comments etc - No Forums home / footer / in links. - No Social bookmarking / Network Sites. - No scraper sites, mirror sites, link farms or free for all link exchanges. - No link schemes. - No directories. - No forums. - No dynamic links; must be plain HTML. - No rel=nofollow links in the HTML. - There must be no more than 15 outbound links on the linking page. - Linked Page should be navigated from the sites homepage with no more than 2 click - all Links must be do follow - No pages blocked by [login to view URL] or robots tag. - No links on adult, free hosted, porn, blacklisted websites etc. - No account profile links. - No fake PRs, Java links, jump scripts, framed pages, redirects, cloaking, CSS redirects, 301 redirects, Flash sites/pages, string parameters, session ID's, etc. - All links must be manually submitted. No automated techniques or black / grey hat methods. Links must be acquired legally and legitimately. - Links must not be labeled sponsored, links, ads etc. - No hidden links. All links must be visible and readable by both users and search engines. - No freely hosted sites (Geocities, etc). - No black hat, grey hat or shady tactics. - Absolutely NO links from websites with a google penalty or google ban. -WHITE HAT techniques only. We will manually check each link and website before payment is sent. Weekly Reporting: We need a weekly progress report in Excel with the following headings: - Date link submitted - Date link accepted - Link URL (clickable hyperlink) - Site Name - Site Type - Google PR of the URL - IP address - Anchor text Payment is as follows: 30% Payment after successful delivery. After 3 Weeks we check how many of the links are still live. Those links that are down needs to be replaced with new ones, after that I release another 30%. 4 weeks later we recheck the links, you have to replace the missing ones.
