Custom Facebook Fan Page For Small Business

I am in need of a custom Facebook fan page created for a small business. The project will include custom tabs, colors and logo. Tabs will include custom welcome tab asking to like the page. Info tab will act as and about us section, Sign up for our newsletter tab with form and email notification to client. All assets will be provided including text and images however your creativity will be required to make the pages come together. Although this is a small business it needs a very polished, professional and "Big Business" look. My Requirements: You must be a FB expert. To win this project you must have current FB experience with current FB feedback posted here on Freelancer. This job is not very difficult but it is very important. You must be fluent in English including speaking, reading and writing. You must be reliable and accessible. You must be able to respond to email questions and concerns in a timely, professional manner. You must be creative and have the ability to communicate your ideas and suggestions clearly. You must have access to Skype and be available to "meet" on Skype if necessary. You must have a true broadband high speed RELIABLE internet connection. When needed I use Go To Webinar to meet with my providers online to discuss projects as well as share desktops live. How I Will Decide: Your initial response will be very important. (You never get a second chance to make a first impression). Your portfolio will be critical. Your references and Freelancer feedback will also be critical. I will PM more details to selected candidates. My Budget: I need it to be affordable yet I am fully aware of the old saying: "You get what you pay for." I can tell you this.
