we are a 15 year old company and have hundreds of confirmed leads ( who we have met at various trade shows) and are looking at developing a marketing campaign, to communicate, interact with these customers in the following ways. the idea is for the leads to get comfortable with us, and we can get into their circle of trust, and eventually leads ca turn into customers. Using bulk email, skype, sms, whats app, bum messages communicate wit hthe customer. 1) templates Send customers price lists on a daily basis in different curencies and languages include english, chinese, spanish, arabic,portuguese, bhasha indonesia, vietnamese,italian. 2) prepare marketing campaigns on new and old products, to upsell. 3) asking customers feed back on what products they are looking at buying, which we do not hav in stock, so we can capture all missed sales information, and gear up inventory in more efficient manner. 3) send out interactive customer survey [login to view URL] feed back on our service, logistics, feed bad on sales people and employee behaviour. 4) monthly industry news letter 5)templates to send out seasons greetings and special holidays greetings, region specific to all customers, trying to come one stem closer to the customer. use any other metods and ways to communicate with the customers and leads, and make them respond, interact with them.
