Bulk Email Server configuration

We are looking for a bulk mail server expert that can help us with following requirement

- Email extractor

- Email testing of extracted lists

- Bulk email sending server setup with rotating IP

- CP to monitor

OVERVIEW

We handle multiple business (B2B) websites that are based on PHP and that each need to send newsletters to targeted business mailing lists. All websites are on dedicated servers.

We would need a server Solution based on dedicated server, no bandwidth limit, up to 50 IPs) that can handle the process of sending all newsletters minimizing the spam issues

EXTRACTOR

We need to be able to extract emails and info from urls related to a search.

Workflow is keyword+region/language => search => Extract email+language+country

TESTING SCRIPT

We need to test list emails with a reliable solution to clean DB from bad emails

NEWSLETTER SENDING

We need to configure an advanced mailing list and newsletter tool such as phplist that can handle different websites from a single installation

EMAIL SERVER

We can supply dedicated server with up to 50 IPS

we need to manage rotating IPs, bounce, reputation, stats etc.

We need to be able around 100 newletters x 5000 per day (0,5 m total per day) after around 2-3 month (progressive)

We need to set the size of required installation

remove blacklisted IPs

Server and sending urls should be configured to avoid spam and blacklisting and developer needs to have expert knowledge in that to avoid issues.

We can install progressively multiple email servers if needed with a and admin system.

CP/ADMIN

Website manager can be able to access to configure his sending, stats, extracted list, etc.

We need very advanced stats on emails and lists with all key features such as detailed admin, stats spam management, bounce management and detailed dashboard/reporting for each website / list / sending.

please do not bid if no proven successful experience in similar project. Discussion will involve exchange with our coders to validate expertise
